Steak grill over a low fire. Rice and beans on the side.
herb garlic chicken in the crockpot I throw the chicken in with herb garlic soup and cook all day long fix and forget it's great w/ home made mac and cheese too bad my little guy only likes the box mac and cheese dang kid, LOL
I cook chicken and rice the most.

Whatever I like at that particular time, I make.
I make everything from soup to dessert.
Seafood, meat or poultry.
It all depends on the mood I happen to be in at that particular time.
The cuisines are just as varied as the foods:
Italian
American - different regions
Different cultures: Soul food, Jewish, Polish, German
I LOVE using the gas frill!
I LOVE the charcoal grill or barbecue
AND I LOVE cooking when I have company.

Homemade meatballs and ziti bake:
Not the 'most' b/c its quite fatty, but it's great!
Layer as follows in a baking pan:
1/2 cup of sauce
ziti- that has been cooked and tossed with ricotta
meatballs
provolone and mozz
repeat
top with fresh parm and basil... unbelievable and yummy!

1/2 lb dry spaghetti noodles
1(16ounce)jar spaghetti sauce, any style
1(16ounce)bottle salad dressing, any
Directions
1Set out pasta, jars of spaghetti sauce, croutons, a large pot, and a strainer the night before.
2Attatch a note to the fridge detailing where to find lettuce and salad dressing(s).
3Put note on counter detailing how much water to add to the pot. Draw a map to help locate the stove, along with directions on how to turn it on, if necessary.
4Arrive home at the last minute.
5Smile and compliment his 'homecooked' meal.
6Be prepared to spend the rest of the evening cleaning pasta from the ceiling.
