mmm yess!!! so simple too! i write it down for like 14 yr old daughter to make while im at work right before i come home for my family :
1 package on onion soup mix
2 cans of cream of chicken
1 can of cream of celery or mushroom doesnt matter
1 cup of rice
water to thin it out.
and boneless skinless chicken breast
mix everything together in a pan and put the chicken in
bake at 375 for around 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked and rice is soft. its so delicious and simple!

2-3 servings of rice

1 can cream of mushroom soup
Season all

Directions
1. cook chicken in pan till edges arent pink
2. make your rice
3. put chicken, cooked rice, soup in crock pot
4. add some season all (to taste)
5. let cook on high for one hour
6. place on low untill ready to serve
7. after dishing up sprinkle season all over the top for more flavor.

Oriental Beef and Noodle Toss

1lb lean ground beef
2pkgs. (3 oz. each) Oriental flavor instant ramen noodles
2 cups water
1 cup frozen Oriental vegetable mixture (or any vegetables of your choice)
1/8 tsp. ground ginger

Directions
1. In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef over medium high heat 8-10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking up into small crumbles.

2. Season beef with the two seasoning packets from the ramen noodles

3.In same skillet, add water, vegetables, noodles (broken into several pieces), and ginger. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer until noodles are tender and most of the water has absorbed. Stir often.

Makes 4-5 servings (467 calories per 1-cup serving)

ARROZ CON POLLO

INGREDIENTS
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 cup long-grain white rice
1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine
1/8 teaspoon saffron
1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley



DIRECTIONS
Cut each breast into 1 inch pieces. Sprinkle chicken with a 1/4 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, and cook until golden. Remove chicken, and set aside.
Add green pepper, onions, and garlic to oil in skillet. Cook for 5 minutes. Add rice; cook and stir until rice is opaque, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in broth, white wine, saffron, and tomatoes. Stir in remaining salt, pepper, and paprika. Return to a boil. Cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Return chicken to the skillet, and cook to reheat. Stir in parsley.

My mom makes this and everybody loves it!! It's super easy to make.

Chicken Goop
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
Ritz crackers (a tube)
stick butter
cooked rice

Boil the chicken, remove from water, cool and chop into bite-sized pieces. Mix the soup, broth and sour cream. Add the chicken to this. Pour into a casserole dish. Crush the crackers and sprinkle on the goop in the casserole dish. Melt the butter and spoon over the top of the crackers. Put casserole into a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve over rice with a nice salad and some fruit.

Yes, you'll need rice, hamburger meat and kidney beans.? mix your cooked rice and hamburgar meat together with the heated kidney beans and enjoy!? I like to add salsa to mine it gives it a great taste. It is really a cheap and healthy as well as quick meal to make. Enjoy! For a family of 5 I'd guesstimate 4 cans of kidney beans? 21/2-3lbs meat and 2 cups rice.

Stuffed Chicken Breasts


Ingredients

4 Boneless chicken breats pounded thin
2 bunches Green onions, chopped
1/4 pound Mushrooms, sliced
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 box Your favorite stuffing mix (or your own recipe)


Instructions

1. Sauté onions, mushrooms in butter or oil; do not drain. Add enough bread stuffing to onion/mushroom mixture to fill the four chicken breasts. Use your favorite stuffing recipe or use a boxed stuffing like Stove Top (follow directions on box).
Cover one side of each breast with mixture and roll or fold over. Fasten with toothpicks.
Place in baking dish add Cream of Chicken Soup. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Bake at 350° for one hou


One Dish Chicken & Rice Bake

Prep: 5 minutes
Bake: 45 minutes

Ingredients:


1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's? Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular, 98% Fat Free or 25% Less Sodium)
1 cup water *
3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts



Directions:

Mix soup, water, rice, paprika and black pepper in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Season with additional paprika and pepper. Cover.

Bake at 375°F. 45 min. or until done.

*For creamier rice, increase water to 1 1/3 cups.

Tip: Serve with your favorite steamed vegetable blend. For dessert serve pear wedges.

this is one of my family's favorites. and i usually have to make extras for the people who show up when they find out i am making it!

chicken breasts-bag of boneless, skinless
2 cans of cream of celery soup
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
cheddar cheese to taste (my mother prefers old english cheddar, i prefer regular)

mic them all together in a casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

make instant rice, or regular, and serve the chicken covered with the cheese sauce over the rice with a nice veggie and bread and maybe a salad.

i sometimes add broccoli or california veggies to the mix and it is also delicious!

honey mustard chicken!

1 carrot diced
1/2 brocolli chopped up
2 sticks celery diced
500g chicken breast chopped up
1tsp crushed garlic
1 onion diced
1 tsp chicken stock powder
4 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cornflour
375ml evaporated milk
pepper

cook vegies
saute chicken and garlic in pan for 3 mins
add onion diced
drain the vegies and add to pan
add stock powder, mustard, honey and mix well
mix cornflour and milk together then pour into pan as well
bring to boil
add pepper to taste
simmer till cooked and tender.

serve over rice.

you will need 4 med skinless, boneless chicken breast ,
1 med onion, 6 med mushrooms,
1 clove of garlic, 1 can of diced pinapple in the can with juice
1 tb spoon of margerin, 1/3 bag of frozen peas
first saute onions and mushrooms and garlic clove with the tb spoon of margerin togther just untill carmelized, take out of pan and set aside next put in chicken breast in same pan with the drippings from the carmelized onions and mushrooms cook coverd till done turning about 4 times nice and brown half way between cooking add some pineapple juice and some of th chunk pineapple about 1/2 the can let them all saute together coverd for about 5 mins in the mean time make your rice 1 cup of rice to 2 cups of water when rice is done, remove chicken from pan add rice, and rest of can of chunked pineapplle with the rest of the juice stir while rice browns slightly add the peas stir cover for 3 mins
add onions, mushrooms, and garlic mixture to rice in pan and stir in dish rice on to plates and add chicken breast to each serves 4 time 35 mins
