Wine or Sherry?!
wat do you think....words of wisdom?
Answers: I'm making sauted salmon fillets for lunch, and can't decide whether to add cooking sherry or red wine....the recipe duznt really call for it, but I'm good with experimenting...I think either will taste good. The seasoning includes sweet lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and thyme....

i know most fish is usually cooked with white wine so i would have to say if you are going to experiment try the red wine
Sherry, what's her name?
