ok, this is one of the greatest desserts ever! It's called mud pie and it's super easy to make! Just go to the store and get a mix for brownies and a pack of oreos! Follow the instructions on the box until the mix is done and in the pan/whatever you're going to cook it in and then break the oreos in half and place them, cream down, onto the batter. Cook for 25 minutes or so, ignore the what the box says. Make the mushy kind of brownies and serve with milk and don't forget NAPKINS! lol Good luck! I hope they like it!

Here's a fabulous cheesecake recipe. Follow the directions exactly and make sure that all ingredients are at room temp. Also don't overmix- mix the cheese and sugar well- then don't overmix the rest of it. Don't even open the door to check after the 1hr. This really, really tastes amazing. It's from allrecipes.com- there's some ideas for changing up the crust in the comments.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

15 graham crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons butter, melted

4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press onto bottom of springform pan.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Blend in milk, and then mix in the eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate. Mix in sour cream, vanilla and flour until smooth. Pour filling into prepared crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn the oven off, and let cake cool in oven with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours; this prevents cracking. Chill in refrigerator until serving.
