very good...prevents cancer and heart diseases...also helps in digestion...maitake, shitake, reishi are all medicinal mushrooms....

Don't eat poison or magic mushrooms, for obvious reasons.

oh yea, epecially Psilocybin mushrooms.

I hear shiitake (japanese mushroom or Chinese Black Mushroom) is very good for you. Apparently, it is very high in vitimin D and makes you less prone to arthiritis, tumors and etc. Check it out !!

Good source of potassium, moderate amounts of most B vitamins, vitamin D(if you expose the mushrooms to sunshine - look it up if you don't believe me).
