What goes with noodles?!


Question: Anything Besides speghetti sauce. I'm hungry and there isn;t very much to eat in my house so I'm going for noodles. What would you recommend to mix with it?

When I was in Korea, we would go to the "hut" and get noodles when we wanted something different from the mess hall.
We would get it with fried eggs. Make the eggs like a thin omelet, and cut into strips.

I also toss a bit of hot sauce on mine.

butter and a LITTLE garlic seasoning. Makes a nice butter noodle dish

Olive oil, parsley, oregano, basil, garlic, Parmesan cheese.

eggs are what i used to have with noodle cause it's fast, easy, and rich in protien.

Stir fried vegetables and thin sliced meats, like ham or turkey.

butter, soy sauce, and a little black pepper.

It's good.

A Bechamel sauce..

2 T butter or marg
2 T flour
1-11/2 cup milk

heat butter then add flour cook for a min then add milk...
add cheese
or add leeks or onions to the butter before adding the flour.season to taste with S&P...

Assuming you're talking about spaghetti noodles, and that spaghetti sauce is the kind in the jar...

Olive oil and garlic. Just heat up the oil (low to medium heat), add chopped garlic, and some parmesan if you got it (if not, use some salt, preferably sea salt). If you want some spice, throw in some dried chili.

You can also add a can of chopped clams and some parsely to this as well for an easy breezy clam sauce.

If you have a tomato, you can chop it up and throw it in (with or w/o the clams). Basil goes well with the tomato.

Or do what most kids love -- butter and cheese, and throw in a handful of frozen peas if you need veg.

Soup.

chiken,onions,butter,garlic,thyme and white wine

Fried garlic with sesame oil. Mixed it with the dry cooked noodle and sprinkle with fried shallot and coriander.
