Chocolate Peanut-Butter No Bake Cookies
2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 cups oatmeal
Waxed paper
In a heavy saucepan bring to a boil, the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Let boil for 1 minute then add peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal. On a sheet of waxed paper, drop mixture by the teaspoonfuls, until cooled and hardened.
These are very good and easy!
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BARS
1 12-oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 c. chunky peanut butter
6 c. miniature marshmellows
Melt together chocolate chips and peanut butter until well blended. Fold in marshmellows. Pour into greased 8" square pan (easiest to line it with foil first, then pull it out by the foil when it's hardened) ... Chill. Cut into bite size pieces

Leprechaun's Gold Coins
SERVES 12 -24
1(16ounce)box Ritz crackers
2 cups peanut butter(creamy or crunchy)
2(12ounce)packages butterscotch chips
Melt chips in 30 second intervals in the microwave.
Spread peanut butter on one cracker, and top with another cracker.
Dunk into the melted butterscotch chips to fully coat.
Let dry on wax paper.
Filled Vanilla Wafers
This recipe came from my great aunt in the mid 1950's. It's been a
family favorite ever since. I hope you enjoy them.
4 tbsp butter (or margarine)
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup dates, chopped
1 (7 3/4 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup chopped pecans
2 lb box Nilla Vanilla Wafers (these definitely work best)
powdered sugar
Cook first five ingredients together until thick, stirring constantly.
cool and add nuts. Spread between 2 vanilla wafers. Dust all around
with powdered sugar. Place in airtight containers and refrigerate to
ripen. Store in refrigerator.

we did the peanutbutter drop cookies for our sons birthday instead of taking a cake to Lazer quest .
We took the cookies and a gallon of milk and the kids ate between games... Then came home for cake and Ice cream but no one wanted any.

Hershey's Cocoa No-Bake Cookies
Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups quick oats
Directions
Combine the sugar, milk, cocoa and butter in saucepan. Cook over medium to high heat until mixture boils 1 1/2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add vanilla, peanut butter, salt and stir quickly. Add oats and stir together. Will be stiff. Drop by tablespoon onto waxed paper. Let dry. Makes about 2 dozen.
Just Made these a couple days ago..although they great when you make them, dont expect them to be good the day after. Only make whats needed, when needed!

Preheat oven to 350 and place spoonfulls 1 inch apart. flatten with fork..Bake 6-8 minutes.
