Quick, easy savoury snacks?!


Question: Are there any easy to prepare snacks that don't take a lot of time to prepare? If so please feel free to share. Im starving and can't think of what to make!!

how about...
tuna tortilla raps:
mix in tuna with mayonnaise , green peppers, red peppers and spread it on you tortilla with a spoon sprinkle with salt and pepper and roll the tortilla. or if you are very creative you can add chicken bit size pieces (if you don't want tuna) just coat them with flour then 2 beated egg (2 egg will be enough for 1 rap) then the bread crumbs fry them in a pan with a little bit of oil till golden brown.
Done and so easy or you can have...
banana smoothie:
chop bananas put them in the mixer, put raspberries, blueberries , yogurt (any kind) and apple juice and mix! and there you have it a banana smoothie.

smoothies! shakes!
ritz crackers with peanut butter!
pillsburry cinnamon rolls!(frozen but good)!
pancakes with blueberries and syrup!
smores! with milk dark or white chocolate!
hot chocolate!
Ice Tea!
Ice Coffee!
Toast with peanut butter and banana!
mmmmm....food!

I like taking a tortilla and spreading a thin layer of cream cheese on it, then some olives, roll it up and yum!

Or how about crackers and peanut butter?

popcorn drizzled with melted chocolate.

Quick n easy cheese and tomato on toast with loads of salt and pepper on the tomato on fresh bread if you have it - heaven for a hungry tummy, ham it up if you want to..

or

Banana smoothie, kinda sweet....

or

Poached eggs on toast with a crunched up salami or bacon/ham

French toast, my kids are hooked we make a savoury version, with bacon and cooked tomato and a proscuitto crunch This is really quick for us.

or if you have pastry in the freezer line the muffin tin add an egg and a strip of bacon and make savoury pies


Or of course the old mums "ninja turtle pizzas" for when we watch ninja turtles and my kids want pizza, make a mini pizza on bread or bagel, yummy....

ritz crackers with cream cheese and ham or turkey slices or anything with cream cheese!!!!

apple with cheddar cheese (mmm mmm good)
cheese & crackers
cottage cheese with peaches/pineapple
ritz crackers
chips & dip
