How do I make a pork roast?!
Answers: Just something basic that I will make with cabbage soup. thanks
This is a great foolproof way to have fork tender mouthwatering pork roast every single time. so easy too. you know the bags that you cook a turkey in? get one. Put in the roast. put in veg.s of your choice to eat but also to *** flavor. i use cabbage, carrots, onion, of course garlic and potatoes-whatever you like really. just throw it all in the bag. no matter how it lays or falls in. then in a tall Glass put in hot water. about 12 ounces. to that hot water add your seasoning. salt, pepper, garlic powder, herbs too if you want. i also use stuff from the fridge door like a dash of A1 or Worcestershire sauce a little Catalina dressing for sweetness, and then add about two pours of either juice, pineapple is the best or soda. Stir and pour over all the veg.s and roast in the bag. close the end put on a baking sheet or in a skillet and cook low and slow. this is the secret. it lets all the stuff marinate and penetrate the meat and the soda or juice acid helps to make the pork so tender you can cut with a fork. cook on about 300 for three hours. yummy. spicy, sweet, tender, juicy, it will be a hit. this looks long the way i wrote it, but just fill the bag, add liquid and spices, close the bag and bake low and slow. thats it.
Sorry, Dear, but only swine (Pigs) can make any kind of pork cut.
