my husband's favorite--sorry, I usually eyeball amounts of stuff... Thai chicken pizza
-spread a thin layer of bottled Thai peanut sauce on crust
-top with already cooked very small cubed of chicken breast, under cheese, so it stays juicy and gets peanut sauce taste
-then cheese, go slightly lighter than usual here. I prefer bagged Italian blend rather than mozzarella for this one
-crushed red pepper flakes to taste
-shredded carrots and thinly sliced red pepper strips to taste on top of that
-then a light sprinkling of white pepper, and a TINY sprinkling of coriander or cumin if you like
Start baking now, pull it out when it's 5 minutes from done and top with thinly sliced fresh green onions, finish baking.
When you take it out put fresh, roughly chopped cilantro on top, I like a fair amount of that.
You can serve it with a little dish of sweet chili sauce, yum.
Not very authentically Thai, but pretty yummy :)

well, either ham and pineapple...... which is super amazing......
or black olive, mushroom, pepperoni, and lootttts of extra cheese.

Place these toppings in the order that they are listed...

-Mix salsa and pizza sauce spreed over crust
-sprinkle cooked seasoned ground beef
-sprinkle chopped onions about a handful
-sprinkle crushed taco chips enough to almost cover the whole pie
-sprinkle cheese, don't over do it about 2 handful's
-sprinkle chopped tomatoes about a handful
-sprinkle jalapenos as much as you feel you can handle
-black olive about a handful
-sprinkle taco mix powder, not to much just enough that you see a nice dusting

cook till it is golden serve with sour cream or salsa, enjoy!!
