I need the recipe of Malai chicken Tikka.So have you seen the Episode in Nadia Khan Show,where she is cookin Malai chicken Tikka? If not...do you know a right recipe of it??? But only without heavy cream,double cream! BYe and thanks a lot.

I couldn't find Nadia Khan's recipe... but maybe one of these is close? If you don't want the cream, omit it:
MALAI CHICKEN TIKKA

INGREDIENTS :
4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
Marinade Ingredients:
4 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp heavy cream
3 tsp ginger paste
3 tsp garlic paste
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
Salt to taste
Butter for basting
METHOD : Blend all the marinade ingredients at high speed in a blender. Make deep cuts in the chicken or fork it. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour with the marinade. Grill on medium high for 5-8 minutes on each side. Baste with butter in between. You can also bake it in the oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. The chicken is very tender and tasty. Serve with Mint Chutney and Naan.
