What are you cooking for lunch tomorrow? (Easter Sunday)?!

Question: I'm doing 4 roast legs of lamb with garlic and rosemary, roast potatoes, parsnips, peas, leeks, stuffing, gravy and yorkshires.

And for dessert I've made a huge Baileys cheesecake with fresh double cream.

And there's lots of wine and beer. Get in!

I was thinking of something exotic..like pizza, or a burger. Now you've made me hungry and lonely.

We're having stuffed aubergines with salad and foccaccia, and a wholemeal pear flan (it's diabetic, and just that bit more interesting than fruit salad), but I shall have plenty of pink birthday cake too as it's my birthday tomorrow!

WOW. You must be having a lot of guests! That sounds wonderful. We're not doing anything with quite such grand scale, but we are doing two Easter meals.

Today, we're having roasted leg of lamb, homemade creamed corn, grilled veggies, a salad of some sort (neighbor's bringing it), and appetizers before. Dessert today consists of chocolate-covered almonds, and lemon bars. And of course, plenty of cocktails, wine & beer!

Tomorrow it's a honey-baked ham, baked beans, sweet potatoes, cucumber & tomato salad, more veggies, rolls, and cheesecake for dessert. This meal is alcohol-free. :o)

And it's my birthday too tomorrow! Happy B-Day to the other Easter babies this year!
