What is your favorite fish, and your favorite way to cook it?!
Answers: We love fish, especially salmon grilled or baked with lemon, pepper, and herbs. Being in the south, of course we eat fried catfish sometimes. What about you? Do you have any awesome fish recipes you'd like to share?
I live in australia so i am not sure what sort of fish you have in your country but a great way to cook fish is to cook it in fresh coconut milk with an onion and add curry and salt to taste. serve with hot rice.

I like smoked salmon, smoked trout, & baked salted trout.

I like shellfish , lobster , shrimp. crab, oysters and clams.

I've only baked cod with a topping of: breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt and pepper.
I love grilled salmon also! Of course, I'm a fan of Tilapia as well. I season it with a seasoning called Sazon by Goya and then fry it. It's very delicious that way!

julgies(joolgees)our local freshwater crayfish are outstanding and will quite happily choose them over prawns(shrimp) or lobster any day,simply served with a delicate seafood sauce so as not to affect their sweet taste.
same ol -pan-fried trout in lots of butter,garlic and a good squeeze of lemon top with some rosemary towards the end and a simple miraclewhip,mustard and some sour minced pickle for a tarter sauce !! oooh and don't forget the brown rice and the TABASCO........

I am not a big fish eater so when I do I go for mild ones, I really don't mind cod. And beer battered would be the only way to go for me.
