Just make your cookie dough and spread it on a pizza pan and bake it. Decorate it when cooled.
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE CAKE
Yellow cake mix (no pudding in the mix)
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. water
2 eggs
6 oz. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
Mix everything but chocolate chips. Add chips last. Put in cookie sheet, either 15 or 17 inches long. Cook about 10 minutes. Do not over cook, will get hard.
or if u want to make it from scratch...
oreo cookie cake
ingrediants
24 chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup margarine
1 package butter cake mix -- (18.25 ounce)
***Glaze***
1 cup confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine chopped cookies, chocolate chips, flour and margarine. Set aside.
Mix cake according to directions on package. Pour half of cake batter in pan. Sprinkle approximately 2 cups of the cookie mixture on top. Pour rest of cake batter over layer of cookies. Sprinkle remainder of cookie mixture on top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
To make the glaze: In a small bowl, mix 1 cup confectioners' sugar with 2 to 3 tablespoons milk. Drizzle glaze over warm cake.
I believe this is nothing more than a giant cookie.
Take any cookie recipe and instead of making individual cookies, put the dough into a greased pie pan. I'd watch the baking time though. I'd start at 350 degrees and check it every 5 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center came out clean.
Those things are just big cookies. I would imagine you just roll out your cookie dough into what ever shape you want, and then bake normally.
Cake Balls SUBMITTED BY: Allison PHOTO BY: Jaynine
"This recipe is very versatile and heavily addictive. You can mix and match cake and icing flavors as well as the chocolate coatings. If you want to go the extra mile, cake balls can be rolled in nuts, sprinkles, coconut, etc. or double dipped in white and dark chocolates. Chocolate confectioners' coating is also called Almond Bark in some stores."

DIRECTIONS
Prepare the cake mix according to package directions using any of the recommended pan sizes. When cake is done, crumble while warm into a large bowl, and stir in the frosting until well blended.
Melt chocolate coating in a glass bowl in the microwave, or in a metal bowl over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth.
Use a melon baller or small scoop to form balls of the chocolate cake mixture. Dip the balls in chocolate using a toothpick or fork to hold them. Place on waxed paper to set.
Well to tell you the truth, I make my cookie cake a different way I guess you could say. First I get a pan and cookie dough (any flavor.) Instead of making a tiny, round ball of dough, I make a huge ball of the cookie dough. Then you bake the cookie as long as you would one batch/dozen. Keep checking on it. As time passes, each 5 minutes stick a tootpick in it to see if its cooked inside and out! Don't cook it to much. Hope this helped (:

You can take premade chocolate chip cookie dough, spread it out into a lightly grease cookie sheet (spread it into the shape you want) and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes (keep checking...baking times will vary depending on the weather). Let it cool a few minutes on the pan and then transfer onto a wire rack and let it cool completely. Frost it with whatever icing you love...chocolate and white icings are traditional, but have fun with it!
By the way, there is no need to rely on a toothpick to check for doneness...that only works with batter, not dough! Plus, a melted chocolate chip will make the toothpick dirty...
Good luck!
