What are some really good vegetable skewer charcoal barbecue marinades?!
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. spicy brown mustard
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp. ginger, ground
Combine above ingredients. Marinate for 1 hour or more. Grill 4 minutes each side basting with marinade. Alternate with vegetables if desired (mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, etc.)

Yellow curry marinade. It's just curry paste and coconut milk, salt and sugar. Lots of grocery stores carry a lot of ethnic foods now, especially asian foods. So, you shouldn't have too much of a problem finding it. The brand curry paste I like to use is by Mae Ploy. Yellow is more mild while red is hot curry. You can serve this with a side of white rice. Yummmm! You can google the pics of these items so it would be easier for you to find if you've never used them before. Also, people at your local asian food market would be able to help you find them too. Use canned coconut milk. Mae Ploy also makes coconut milk.
