Anyone know an appetizer called cowboy cavier only it also has hardboiled eggs in it?!


Question: COWBOY CAVIER

15 ounces canned black beans, rinsed, drained
6 ounces black olives, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
3 tablespoons garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
8 ounces cream cheese, softened

2 eggs, hard-boiled, sliced
1 green onion, chopped

In a bowl, combine black beans, black olives, onion, garlic, oil, and lime juice. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Spread cream cheese on a serving plate. Spoon the bean mixture evenly over the cream cheese. Arrange hard-boiled eggs slices on the bean mixture in a ring around the edge of the plate; sprinkle with green onion.

Serve with crackers, chips, bread, or raw vegetables.
