Would it taste better to cook Easter Bunny in a blueberry sauce, or something a little more zesty?!

Question: Like maybe some guajillo peppers and garlic? What do you think?

Soak him overnight in Italian dressing--not that crap from a bottle--get a packet of Good Seasons. Mmmmm......

well whatever sauce you decide, dont forget to put your hand deep in to the pan to check the water is HOT enough

haha zesty sounds good

Serve a blueberry sauce on the side. Make it with the drippings from your perfectly roasted bunny rabbit. Nestle that bunny an the platter with a lot of parsley around it with some beet died eggs cut in half (devil them if you want to go to the trouble)

Just rub the bunny down (S& P) and baste regularly and a light glaze during the last ten minutes will look spectacular!

Note: I wouldn't use blueberry for the glaze mess up the color...Orange marmalade with a little garlic and butter nuked so you can brush it quickly on works great...

Because he's been hopping all night leaving turds, I mean chocolate eggs, in the kids baskets, he can get a little gamey. I personally like mine with a nice roasted garlic and onions though some hot peppers add a nice touch! Stew for quite a while to tenderize as he's one tough bunny. What time is supper Elmer????

MY God man, have you no shame?

I like a nice thick Marinara myself.
