20 Minutes before its done take it out the raosting bag then it will brown and get nice and crispy.
When the skin is golden brown!
Make sure it's no longer pink in color on the inside when you pull it out.
should be the right time or there about and if you want more brown try the boiler for a few minutes

Always use a food thermometer to check the internal temperature of both turkey and stuffing.
and it is best to use one but if you dont add more time just to be sure maybe and you always can to a fork check and pull away some meat and look
You will probably have to take it out of the bag to check to see if it's done. If there is no pink and the juices are running clear, it's done. As far as the brown skin - you have two choices. Remove the turkey breast from the bag and leave it in the oven until the skin browns, or just forget about it. Aren't you going to remove the skin before you cut it anyway? Nobody will know if the skin is browned or not.
