I'm not feeling well today, either, so I understand!
Here are a couple great recipes:

Easy Creamy Pork Chops

6-8 Pork Chops
1 can cream of chicken soup
1-3oz package cream cheese
1-8oz carton sour cream
3-4 green onions, chopped

Place pork chops in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and good seasoned salt. In saucepan, combine soup, cream cheese and sour cream on low heat just until cheese melts and ingredients mix well. Pour mixture over pork, sprinkle green onions on top. Cover, bake at 300 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice.

Use the ingredients and recipe for these chops, but cook at 350 for about an hour or until chops are done:

Slow Cooker Chops

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
4 thick cut pork chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed chicken with rice soup

In a pie plate or shallow dish, mix flour, dry mustard, and seasoned salt. Trim fat from pork chops.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Dredge chops in flour mixture, then place them in the skillet, and brown both sides.
Place in chops into a slow cooker, and pour the chicken and rice soup over them. Cover, and cook on Low about 8 hours

Another easy way: Put them in a shallow baking dish. Slather with your favorite sauce (BBQ, terriaki, etc.). Bake at 350 for an hour or until done. Yum!

Hope one or more helps!

BACHELOR'S TRUE ONE DISH PORK CHOPS

2 to 4 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (soup) can tap water
1 2/3 (soup) can minute rice
3 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a sturdy aluminum baking pan slowly brown pork chops in 1 tablespoon butter; season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside. In same pan (over low heat), mix soup, water, and remaining butter, stirring constantly to remove lumps. Add rice, stir, and remove from heat. Place pork chops on top of rice/soup mixture and sprinkle with Lawry's seasoned salt. Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Variation: Try cooking some fresh sliced mushrooms with the pork chops and spreading them over the top of the chops before baking.

Serves 4. [Easy enough?] Hope you feel better soon = )

Shake n Bake. Basically, bake them for about 15 minutes.

Easier yet, use a George Foreman. Done in about 7 to 10 minutes.

Lay chops in baking pan & sprinkle with pepper.. Spread 1Tblsp chicken bouillon granules over each chop, & add a little water to bottom of pan. Bake at 400 for about 1-11/2 hrs. They will be tender & tasty, & its soo easy!!

Spread them with sweet chilli sauce before grilling. Serve with a salad and a dressing of olive oil, white wine vinegar and a little mustard shaken in.
