It sounds REALLY good.. not not so healthy. I mean...you could eat a lot worst. But you could also eat a lot better lol.

Well.. I wouldn't eat it.. Obviously Fear is not a Factor for you.

no not at all. plz answer this question!

the egg and mayo and cheese will be adding alot of fat.
try egg beaters and low fat mayo instead

well i just eat tuna with mayo and relish and its healthy but u add more calories when u fry it in olive oil but not much so its a healthy food

yes it's healthy, just don't over do it with the cheese and mayo...

it sounds right

alot of protein with the tuna and the egg
a tlbsp. of may with the parmesean cheese is a bit too much dairy
and the saltine crackers...using the amount you probably did isn't too bad, but salt can cause heart problems, causings bloating
then frying it in oil

once in a while sounds yummy but not often
but good creativity*

I think the mayo, egg and parm definatly adds calories.

Tuna =mercury
egg, mayo, parmesean cheese =cholesterol, hormones, antibiotics, & fat
saltine crackers =bleached starch

olive oil & lettuce =healthy

the rest, not so much

No, not really healthy. About the only healthy thing is the tuna or the egg or the lettuce (course olive oil isn't BAD, but why put more oil on a sandwich that already has mayo on it?) ...

It sounds absolutely healthy, much better than what 95 % of the population eat.

This sounds like a crab cake, but made with tuna. In general, crab cakes aren't too healthy... and because you fried this, (hopefully you had at least bloated out the excess oil) this is not a healthy dish. If you wanted to try to help make this a little heathier, try to use mustard instead and try baking this instead of frying it. And if possible, try to make this with the egg white instead of the entire egg. (and if you do use the entire egg, then just remember that this counts as one of your consumptions of eggs each week...it is always good to try to limit the amount of eggs you eat per week, due to the cholesterol content in the yolk)
Also a little note, if you are making this with canned tuna, just be catious of the amount of sodium that is in it... most canned tunas (or anything canned is usually high in sodium) are very high in sodium... and you really shouldn't take in more than 2300 mg per day.
