Any tips for making salad rolls stay moist for 24 hours?!

Question: I make salad rolls just like in this link below...and we like to make enough to last for lunch the next day. I put the left over ones in a ziplock bag with a bit of water so the roll stays moist, but one part inevitably dries out.
Does anyone have any tips for keeping them moist for 24 hours?
