Salad roll question reposted with link: How to keep them moist?!

Question: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Vietnamese-...

I make these often and usually put them in a ziplock baggie with a bit of water to keep them moist..but part of it always gets dried out.

Do you have any ideas as to how to keep them moist so I can eat the leftovers for lunch the next day?

Wrap them up individualy with plastic wrap, tightly so no air gets in them, then place them in a zippy bag...

Wrap them in a damp towel or paper towel.

I can only think of wrapping them individually in cling film.

If you spray them lightly with water and wrap in foil and put it in the oven at 350 for about 10 mins it should return.
