It may be too late for you to get this. A fast pie is mix 1 can Sweetened condensed milk with 1 envelope of KOOL-AID. Then mix (not too long) 1/2 a container of Cool Whip. Pour in a Graham cracker crust. Chill. Top with the rest of Cool Whip. Might sound strange with the Kool-Aid. But it isn't bad! I prefer Lemon or Lime Kool-Aid Happy Easter!

You can make some Fruit Cocktail Salad. Yummy!

Drain a can of Fruit Cocktail and whip up a packet of Dream Whip. Combine the Fruit Cocktail and Dream Whip together. Chill until needed. Serve.

Use the Fruit Cocktail juice for something else.

fruit salad
cake
instant pudding
Popsicles
ice cream

Anything that is fruity would be perfect. Think spring.. Fresh, juicy, colorful. Avoid chocolate, since everyone will have had some already today! Cake or pie is an excellent choice, but go for pie that is served chilled. Lemon Meringue, Key Lime, Cream, etc.. Yellow cake or butter cream is always a good suggestion. Cupcakes make a nice dessert for the kids! You should try the confetti batter, with the sprinkles in it. Children and adults alike love it. Fruit salads are excellent. This year, I made an edible fruit bouquet which came out very cute. Serve the fruit on skewers in a vase with some cool whip in a small bowl separately for dipping. Not only will it look great in the center of your table, but it'll be yummy too!

easy cheesecake
cupcakes with tinted coconut on them that looks like easter grass

Buy a angel food cake and a can of cherries and put over the top with some whipped cream. Easy and delicious.

SIMPLE SUPREME DESSERT

16 Oreo cookies
3/4 c. water
2 c. marshmallows (sm. or chopped)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
4 oz. dates, chopped
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. whipping cream

Combine water and dates, boil 3 minutes or until thick. Remove from stove and add marshmallows, salt and vanilla. Stir until smooth; cool slightly. (Add walnuts, optional). In flat pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inches) crush Oreo cookies, spread evenly on the bottom of pan. Pour cooled filling evenly over cookies (well crushed).
Whip cream, add sugar to taste and spread on top of ingredients already in pan. Finish by crushing 3 or 4 more Oreo cookies and sprinkling on top of whipped cream. Chill at least 1 hour before serving

Heat up a can of apple pie filling (or whatever kind you have), and serve it over vanilla ice cream ......

Fresh fruit with a Peep in the center:) ... Put a creme chocolate Easter egg on a cookie, or graham cracker, and zap in the microwave for about 10 sec, until the chocolate just melts on the bottom onto the cookie .....

Take 2 cookies, and put some softened ice cream between them to make ice cream sandwiches. Dip one half into melted chocolate.....

If you have any fresh fruit, you can make a salad with it. Quick & easy. If not....depending on what you have in the cupboard....yellow cupcakes with some orange juice & a little orange peel. Make a frosting with orange juice also. Colorful, yummy and Spring like. Lemon works too if you don't have oranges. Have a Happy Easter!! :~)
Hope these help!!!
