You're doing great with your fiber and your whole grains. Next time you have a veggie sub for lunch, add some low fat cheese to it for calcium, or have a yogurt for breakfast or for an afternoon snack.

You need some protein for dinner, maybe some lean chicken or fish, or a lean cut of beef. You also need some calcium so have a glass of milk with dinner. Maybe add a green salad too.

You can bake a sweet potato just like you would a regular one, scrub it, poke holes in it and bake at 350F. Check after one hour, it may take longer than a brown potato. Open it up and put a little brown sugar and butter in it. Or you can peel, slice and microwave it in a little water till tender, then drain and put on brown sugar and butter.

Otherwise, I think you're doing great!

That's fine!
Except for the donut........ lol.

For dinner you should eat something like fish (where's most of your protein?) with loads of vegetables and yes, potatoes

ive never eaten sweet potatoes though but as long as you eat potatos thats good lol

sounds good so far, try baking the potato

it's not what you eat, but how much.

and don't eat anything your great grandmother wouldn't recognize as being food

thumbs up. drink lotz a water! oh and count up how many pieces of junk food u ate (per day) and dont exceed 3. o and eat fiber 2.

Sounds good to me except the dough nut. Cook the sweet potatoes wrapped in tin foil at 400 to 500 degrees in an oven for and hour or until soft, cover with butter season to taste and you have a great meal.

this was a really bad day. are you supposed to be on a diet because it doesnt seem like it

the best tips i have for dieting are
-eat with someone else. you will talk to them, therefor eatslower and fill up faster
-get a lot of sleep. lack of sleep makes the hungry switch in your brain automatic hungry, even when your full to the brim, you'll want to eat more unless you get your nice eight hours.

its pretty good but try not to have a sub too often

Sweet potato fries with cumin, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, paprica, and Pam spray. Peel the potato, cut into wedges (like steak fries), mix spice together (about 1 tsp. ea. spice) in a baggie, add cut up potato, shake, put on baking dish, spray with Pam and bake at 375 for about 20 minutes. When you can easily poke through a potato with a fork, they are done, and yummy!

As for the donut, you cheated, you know that, but you got back on track, so good on ya, for that. The rest of the food is healthy, but I think you are lacking protein (chicken or fish), which will keep you feeling full longer! Carbs will give you energy.

Your doing fine so far except for the donut,as you already know. As far as a sweet potato, pierce with a fork 3-4 times just put it in the microwave for about 5 minutes on high power. Slice in half long ways, put some margarine on it and your ready to go.I'd also make a piece of fish,or meat. No bread with it.

You've had way too many carbs today, (oats, bread, donuts) and now you want more by having a sweet potato. You need more protein and fresh veggies and fruit.

So far, I had a banana & a handful of oyster crackers...you've done way better!! Once i wake up completely, I'll fix a real meal..
