Question: Gajar Ka Halwa! Yummy!
Now with some water in my mouth i can say that
* if you are young and healthy: Enjoy as much as you can....thanking both; your creater and the one who created halwa.
** if you are above 40 and healthy: take care limiting yourself to 2-3 table spoon full.
*** if you are suffering from health illness - diabetic, bp etc...... consult yourself and don't cross u r limits.

It should be followed by: Light Exercise / body moments

Overall its great for your eyes as it is full of vitamin A and ofcourse energy due to the ghee and sugar content... enjoy.....

a heaping spoonful followed by tandoori bilal-al-kawali!

50-80 gms of halwa or a small sized bowl should do it....'coz the ghee and sugar content in it is not so healthy.....
it can follow any Indian meal, though traditionally its a Diwali specialty....

one small bowl or two tbspoon
it is served as desert after indian meal
