Buy an ice cream machine...
it's easiest if you have an ice cream mashine. Then just purree bananas, forzen berries, orange juice, pineapple, kiwi or whatever you want with milk, add some sugar if you want. You can also add spices (cinnamon) or whole chunks of fruit, or add chocolate pieces, peanut butter or fresh mint leaves. The possobilities are endless!! Have fun!!
