Really do ya think carrot and orange soup was an accident , really who woulda put them together on purpose?!
Answers: i think it was an accident maybe someone dropped o j in the soup an tasted it
Whatever the case it tastes good. It probably was just an accident or an experiment.
I think it was part of a much broader conspiracy.
Yes?
T'other day, my dad made parsnip, yogurt and peach smothie.
It was ******* ****.
an accident they probably ran out of other ingredients and
threw the carrots and oranges together.
BIG MISTAKE UHHH thats nasty.
I think carrot soup with a flavoring of orange could be nice. It has to be kept properly seasoned, but it sounds like a natural to me.
Like all inventions they are created by accident....in joy!!!!
They are both colored orange - it probably was no accident, but chef's frequently try things so that they might come up with something new. This might be one of those times. I've never had this kind of soup, but now I want to try it.
It is a chef thing, always experimenting with new flavors and sensations.
I often will try pieces or orange or tangerine in my cooking.
I will also try almonds (chopped) and dates (pitted & chopped).
But it is not for everyone, I do admit.
I haven't had carrot and orange soup, I have only had carrot soup, but it seems like a natural enough pairing of flavors. Carrot has a sweet, mild flavor, and orange has a sweet, tangy flavor. I'd think they would complement each other well, and in my opinion, it's no stranger than pairing other citrus fruits with savory things (lemon with fish, lime with tomatoes to make salsa, and so on.)
i make carrot and orange soup, but still keep in the coriander - it makes for a fresh taste
