For best results, buy the best quality, fresh (not frozen) joint that you can afford.

use a slow cooker add a little oxo to the water for your gravy or beef dip sandwiches

Dust the meat with powdered garlic and beef bouillon power.

The secret is slow cooking on a very low temperature. Wrap the meat in alumimum foil or a closed oven container, at 275 for six hours. Before you seal the container add 1/4 cup water and let the natural juices cook the meat slowly. It can be accomplished in the same manner in a slow cooker/crock pot, too.

I have even cooked the roast frozen and still works.

Do it the way you always do....whatever that is ....but add this simple step: Poke about 4 to six holes with a paring knife and insert some fresh garlic clove. If you already know how to cook, then just add this step and you will be thanking me. Space the holes out evenly of course and enjoy!!!

i put mine i a crock pot with potatoes and carrot and add just your average roast nothing real Fancy i add 2 tbsp black pepper 4 cloves garlic 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup soy sauce 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2tsp dry mustard 2 tsp yellow mustard 1/2 cup Italian dressing and 1 package dry onion soup mix on top and i cook it for 8 hours and then i add chives to top it
