Answers: how long can you keep cabbage in the fridge without it going bad? a week? a month?

I usually can keep it for about 2-3 weeks. Depends on how fresh it was when you bought it. I buy these veggie storage bags in the local super market and boy do they make a world of difference. My produce lasts almost twice as long. Some how the let just enough moisture in to keep everything nice and fresh.

about 2 weeks

2 to 3 weeks at the max

Depends on the cabbage and how long it was stored before you got it. I have kept cabbage from the garden for months. I have had store bought go bad in a week. Keep an eye on it. Peel out the brown spots as they occur and use asap.

Normally a couple of weeks.
Wrap well in a plastic bag and keep in crisper in fridge.
If there is a little black formed on the cut face, just shave it off with your knife first and discard.
Because there is just the two of us I find buying half a cabbage is more economical and easier to use up, without having to have cabbage 3-4 times a week.
Cauliflower can be stored the same way, and cut off the number of flowerettes from the stem at the base.
