For something a little spicy and exotic, try marinating in 1/2 cup soy, 1/2 cup honey, and 1/4 cup wasabi powder. Keep the rest of the sauce to brush on during the last 10 mins. Warning: because of the honey and the sugars it contains, you will need to turn the chicken often on the grill.

Try some orange juice concentrate, olive oil or Italian dressing, and some garlic.

But to make it the most flavorful, you need to buy bone in chicken and chicken with the skin on (even if you remove it later). Try this on a grill: Rub the chicken with Cajun spices (get it under the skin), cook it skin side down for 10 mins over high heat (this sears in the juices), move the chicken to the other side of the grill without any heat, turn down the original side of the grill to medium, close the cover and don't open for one hour, brush BBQ sauce on the chicken, close the cover, and cook 10 more minutes. The sauce should have a nice glaze and the chicken will be tender and moist.

Wishbone Italian salad dressing....it has all the spice you need, plus an oil to keep the chicken from sticking to the grill. Just marinate for about an hour.

this may not be the best but it is simple. use a bottle of your favorite Italian salad dressing

I just mix soy sauce, honey & garlic together and marinate my chicken tenderlions in that for a few hours before putting it on the bbq. It is so simple and i always have those ingredients at home because i can use them for all different recipes too.

My friend uses this everytime we cook out. It is so simple. Take a bowl and melt butter. Add plain white vinegar and a few good dashes of black pepper. Baste the chicken as it cooks. My kids love this sauce. Then there is the old italian dresing marinade. bottle of italian dressing poured over the chicken, then grill baste as needed

equal parts soy sauce/orange juice. then, equal parts mix/oil. add as much garlic as you can stand. enjoy!!

tenderize the chicken by using a meat tenderizer or a fork to poke holes through out the meat and then soak chicken over night in italian dressing in the fridge. and cook from there it adds great taste and really tender and juicy

Olive oil + lemon juice + garlic + salt + pepper/ chili + chopped cilantro

ohh i see someone else does what i do in here, they are right wishbone itaian salad dressing. marinate it in it from 1 hour to over night in the fridge. It is sooooo good and easy to do.
Once you try it you'll never try another one again ;-) good luck.
