Need a good recipe with crab in it?!

Question: My bf LOVES crab, and I want to make him something good with good canned crab or fresh packaged crab. He loves deviled crabs but I want to try something new. Thanks!

Cream Cheese & Crab Wontons (also called Crab Rangoon)

1 Package of Wonton Wrappers
1 Egg (Beaten)
1 Package of Cream Cheese (Softened to Room Temperature)
1 Can of Crab Meat Drained (Lump-Style) or *1 Pound of Crab Legs
2 Tablespoon of Flour or 1 Piece of Toast
Oil for Frying
Sauce for Dipping

In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, the flour (or toast), and the crab meat until well blended. Place one tablespoon of the crab and the cream cheese mixture in the middle of the wonton wrapper. Brush the egg around the edges of the wonton. Bring top corner over and press down the edges to seal. This will make a triangle shape. Bring both corners of the wonton to the top and pinch together to make final seal.
Heat oil in deep frying pan. Oil is ready for frying when you place a wonton in it, and the outside wrapper starts to bubble. Fry wontons until golden brown, approximately 2 1/2 minutes. * Only use meat from crab legs and not the cluster. Serves: 20

Crab Ragoon, i think that is how its spelled. Just go to a chineze restaurant and buy some, come home and make a big ole grease and flour mess and tell him u made something special for him. (thats my way of saying i dunno how to make it)

This will sond funny but try it... It my recipe and my GF loves it....
Get crab meat (no shell)
2 eggs
flour
mustard
pretzel (sp?)
And you will need a grill....

First mix the flour, eggs, mustard and SMASHED Pretzle in a Large zipblock bad. Put the crap meat in it and mix it up. Next put on grill and cook for like 15 min. (Depending on size of meat).
Serve with rice, and freshed steamed veggies, usually Brokly (sp?, again) is the best.
It has a "tangy" taste to it. just make sure not to use too much mustard it will over bear it and ruin the taste of it...
Also works on Chicken! Hope this helps!

what you could do is cook the crab in steaming water than make the sauce with Parmesan cheese and butter just heat it up together. when the crab is done wait for it to cool. then take some bread that you can stuff things in. take pieces of the meat in the crab and put it in the bread and serve! hope you make this the best answer!!!!!!!!!!!! : )
