What's a great slow cooker recipe for a first timer?!

Question: Very easy recipe: Take a small roast (any kind), cut it down to fit the crock pot. Put the pieces in with some chopped onion, salt and pepper. Cover with water and then put on high for a few hours. Stir it a little, then set it on low for another few hours or until it is about falling apart.. The roast comes out really tender and delicous, and the sauce is good too.
