Whats your best meal using eggs? any nice ideas?!

Question: It's a "Spanish Tortilla" - and it has nothing in common with the Mexican one. This is sometimes called an omelet too - but I disagree. I see an omelet as a folded egg with something stuffed inside. The tortilla is lots of oil, lots of potatoes and anything else that strikes your fancy. It's not all that easy to make the 1st times because you've gotta flip the the contents of the pan to get the tops side cooked (and running it under the burners is no fair).
Try it for once you get the knack of it you will be the hit of the (pot luck) party.

+imback_missme = you should try pickled quail eggs.... it's a bit more expensive maybe but they are sure better to look at and go down even better.

Sprinkle chopped green onions and tomato on top before serving

Most tasty.

My personal favorite is eggs sardou. You take two artichoke bottoms, top each with a poached egg, top that with fresh creamed spinach, and top that with hollandaise. Serve with fruit or potatoes or whatever you like. Yum!

Scrambles are always fun to make, and fun to eat!

I like to do the whole breakfast thing with eggs. I like to scramble the egg and add some Philadelphia Cream Cheese on the top of the egg. It's delicious especially served on toast.

Crockpot Breakfast (6 Points)

32 oz frozen hash browns
1 lb cooked ham cubed ( lean )
1 onion diced
1 green pepper diced
1 1/2 c shredded cheese ( Regular Cheese )
12 eggs
1 c skim milk

Divide potatoes, ham, veggies and cheese so you can create several layers of each in the crock pot. Start with the hash browns, then ham, onions peppers and last cheese. Repeat until you have several layers. Beat eggs, milk salt & pepper pour over layers in the crockpot cover and turn on low. Cook for 10-12 hours overnight.
