Answers: Im looking for a good buttercream recipe... something that tastes great too...

This isn't exactly a "true" buttercream, but I use it all the time and everyone loves it. When chilled, it is also firm enough for decoration.
2/3 cup whole milk
2 TBSP flour
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cups sugar (regular sugar, not powdered)
2/3 cups butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Combine milk, flour and salt in a saucepan. cook over medium heat stirring constantly until it comes to a boil and thickens. It should be the texture of really thick pudding. Place plastic wrap directly on the surface and let cool completely.
Beat sugar, butter and vanilla in a large bowl ( I use a mixmaster for this, but a regular mixer works fine. This is the trick. you have to really cream the butter sugar mixture until it is light a fluffy. That dissolves the sugar. The mixture will appear almost pure white if done correctly. Gradually add the cooled flour mixture scraping the bowl until light and fluffy.
This only makes about 13/4 cup of frosting, so you can double or triple it. It is so good you will want to eat it with a spoon!

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup butter
2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk

DIRECTIONS
Mix together all ingredients. May need to add more milk (slowly) until frosting reaches a spreadable consistency. Spread on Chocolate Cookies or other cookies or bars of your choice. Enjoy!
