Curry is a great spice, and can be great for anyone depending on how much you use and what you are making with it. I made curried shrimp and rice, and my nephews love it. Well seasoned, but not too spicy.

I would think that it would be up to you. If the child is past the baby food stage and has started eating big people stuff you can start with a very small amount of curry or for that matter any other herb or spice until the tyke develops a taste balance of their own.

As soon as they are able to sit up and take nourishment?

You don't really need to have a specific age, just let the kids try a mild curry (like chicken korma), and then if they like it give them a slightly hotter one next time. Keep going hotter and hotter if they like it! Too much spice can cause piles though, so be careful.

you can start them at any age

As soon as they ask to try some of yours and like it. Don't force spicy stuff on children.

At any age..try and and see if he/she likes it! (just a little though)

When they r 2 and hav teeth 2 chew with.

as soon as they be able to eat.
