Does someone knows how to make Ghana chips and Doughnut?!

Question: I like to learn it

Answers: I like to learn it

By chips, do you mean kelewele? If so, take two plantains and slice them as you like them (I'm fond of little slivers so they get really crispy) and marinate them in 1 teaspoon of ground chilli and 1 teaspoon of ground ginger. Salt to taste, then deep fry in hot oil (around 160 C) until brown.

And I don't know how to make abolo because I'm allergic to wheat, but someone posted a similar recipe a year ago -- http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?...

Ghana chips are made from cassava. So slice it real thin and fry it. Doughnuts are fried dough. Then you can add sugar, powdered sugar or whatever.

Otherwise, Terra chips are pretty good. And there are lots of doughnut shops.
