Is it better to cook sausages fast or slow?!
Answers: or doesnt it matter?
i don't think it really makes much difference. i poke a few holes in them with a fork and tosss them in a pot of boiling water full 7 minutes then throw them into a hot frying pan with a little lard coating the bottom. i keep shaking the pan to keep them rolling and leave the pan on high for 2 full minutes to get them really browning. then i turn the pan to simmer and just move them every once in a while as i let them simmer and finish cooking while i make eggs, and toast. in my opinion you can't overcook a sausage, the browner the better.i'm just having some moose meat sausages on garlic toast for a midnite snack, although it's 2:54 a.m.jealous?
its doesnt matter
Depends on how hungry you are.
everything taste better slow cooked .. less it's deep fried ****
If you cook it slower and more precise it will taste better.
Slow is better! It cooks from the inside out which it makes them that much better!
probally slower
Slow is better, if you cook it too fast the outside gts cooked but the isnt doesn't get cooked properly
As long as they are cooked all the way throught it doesn't matter.
Slow is better (much like with sex).
Cook them slowly so they cook all the way through. Nothing worse than a raw sausage.
cook in water until slowly that oil comes out

cook it at moderate heat ... too slow you get too hungry... to fast you burn the outside and not cook the inside..
the best way I know to cook sausages is by baking or frying on a non-stick-pan..,,cos sausages got lots of fat...
Ideally you would have a meat themometer to check the inside temp of the sausage.
Other than that I think slow cooking meat, I like to steam my brats in beer, helps tenderize the meat and allows them to absorb the spices.
If these are little breakfast links or patties, the goal is to get them crisp and brown on the outside.
Cut all sausages to make sure there is no pink inside.
Doesn't matter. The important thing is that they are thoroughly cooked.
It doesn't matter. If you want your food fast put it on high heat.If you're not in a hurry cook it slow unless you're really hungry
what i do is put water in the pan and wait till they turn pale brown and then i pour the water out and sautee em so they can get brown and tasty
I do them slow and turn frequently but then I'm a fuss pot.
Also on med heat and add a bit of water to stop them burning or sticking.
Prick the sausages with a fork then dry fry them very slowly shake the frying pan fairly frequently.
depends on which you prefer but if you ask me i'd say on a bbq or something like that cause the juices are good but if boiled in water the juices are mixed with the water..yuck
I slice them in half lengthwise so they cook faster. Medium heat is the best. High heat dries them out.
