How to keep muffins fresh?!

Question: I got a tray of muffins in the frig. I am worried about their freshness 5 days later. Should I re-heat them? Or bake them again? They don't look bad, but I want to be safe. Does anyone has better idea to keep muffins fresh?

Just put in the microwave for 40 seconds to a minute. Place a little container of water in the microwave along with the muffin. It will help keep the muffin moist. If I know I'm going to have muffins longer than 5 days, I'll freeze them. From the freezer, they don't take too long to thaw out. I'll take a frozen muffin to work and it'll be ready to eat by late morning. And you can put a frozen muffin in the microwave- it's ready in a minute. A muffin placed in the freezer a day after making tastes better than a muffin sitting in the frig for 5 days.

Yes, sprinkle with water and reheat in a brown paper bag in the microwave on low to medium heat. Spread with butter and enjoy

Saran wrap the ones you are not going to eat after baking.
Then place in Tupperware.

The best way is to keep them out of the fridge, cover them with a damp tea towel and keep in a cool larder or in a cool corner. They taste nicer than being in the fridge.

Next time, put them in zip-lock type baggies or tupperware. You can even freeze some of them....but now, you might try microwaving them for about 10 sec. each ...... If they don't soften up well, split them in half and put some whipped cream or ice cream and fresh blueberries over them....or make trifle with them (slice them up first)

I often freeze mine in freezer bags. I just pull them out as I need them.

you can keep it fresh for sometime buy putting it in a plastic bag
