Can I put cooked meat in a blender? Will it break?!

Question: Why not?

Answers: Why not?

It's going to work alot better in a food processor. You'll be digging down into the bottom of the blender to try to get the meat out...plus, you need to have liquid in a blender or you could burn up the motor......

Depends on the blender. When we make shredded pork or beef we use our food processors, works like a charm.

No, it won't break your blender. Just pulse it so the meat doesn't turn to mush.

Depends on the blender and what blade you use. a cheap blender with a low spin will break. use a qualitiy blender with a flat blade.

I have a baby and make him pureed meats in the blender all the time.
If you have a good blender, no problem at all, just make sure there's a little bit of liquid in there with the meat to keep it moving.
If your blender isn't very strong, just cut the meat into pieces before you blend it and add enough liquid. Go slow, don't try to do too much all at once.
