Hi, egg beaters will work, egg is just used to for the meat loaf to stick together well.

you can try beaters.... dont forget the breadcrumbs though!!!!

naa, that wont work, you have to get some eggs somehow

Egg beaters work fine, I typically have that on hand for when I run out of eggs and I have made many a meatloaf in my day with them....so they work well - never would even know the difference

Eggless Meatloaf!

2 lb. ground sirloin
1/2 tsp. fresh pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c eggbeaters
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 pkg. saltine crackers crushed fine
8 oz. tomato sauce

Combine and make into a loaf. Place in a pan.

MEATLOAF SAUCE:

7 oz. tomato sauce
16 oz. water
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix with beater and pour over meatloaf. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.

egg beaters will work, but so would 1/2 cup mayonaisse.

You can always add bread and potatoes to the meatloaf. They also help the meatloaf to together, and they are also good in the meatloaf. hope it turns out well.
