Do I need to refridgerate homemade caramel corn?!

Question: the caramel corn is made from brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine, salt, baking soda, and salt.

Does it need to be stored in the fridge, or can I just leave it on the kitchen counter?

I would not store it in the refrigerator...it would taste stale very quickly if you do. Just store it in a tightly sealed container or ziploc bag.

you can leave it out

keep it covered it has sugar and things with sugar go bad when their is oxygen involved. keeping it refrigerated wont hurt a bit

no

I just put mine in a sealable container and it stays on the counter.

I keep it in the refrigerater, because sugar disolve quick in hot condition it depends on the temperature in your kitchen, but make sure they are seal tight. peace.
