Whats nice and healthy in a wholemeal roll with wholenut crunchy peanut butter?!

Question: Okay, IGNORE Ennis. Peanut Butter is healthy for you. It's got GOOD fats and calories can quickly be burned. If you eat a peanut butter sandwich and are concerned about calories, then just eat it in the morning. Your first meal of the day should be the meal with the MOST calories anyway because it keeps you going and those calories are burned faster than any other meal of the day anyhow. If you saw how I eat in the morning you'd know consuming the most calories then is the best. I eat like two bowls of cereal in the morning and doing that, I actually continue to lose weight because I keep my biggest meal in the morning.

But anyway to answer your question, I like Peanut Butter with Honey. Even Peanut Butter and Bananas is good... at least I hear it is. I've never tried it. If you want to, go with Peanut Butter and Jelly. That's never hurt anyone.

Enjoy yourself. Have fun. Don't obsess over what you eat. Life is too short for that.

raisins, bananas, shredded carrots, or sugar free jam

You can't mention peanut butter & healthy in the same breath. An ounce of P.N.butter has something like 600 calories in it, far from healthy eating. A salad would be much healthier. Dried fruit is also full of sugar & is not a healthy snack. I advise you to buy a Weight watchers calorie counter & it will give you all the best ideas for snacks
