till there done!! just keep checking!! good luck.

I marinade them in Italian salad dressing. The spices add a nice flavor. The lenghth of time depends on the thickness of the chop and the temperature of the grill. Turn them often and try to cook them slowly until the meat is white in the middle.

It depends on how thick your chops are-loin chops tend to be around an inch thick raw, in which case you want to do about 5-7 minutes on each side. You only want to flip once, as flipping too often will dry them out like crazy. Don't be fooled by those grill folks who love to have the criss-cross grill marks on their meat. If you get your chops from a trusted meat source, you can even cook pork loin chops to medium (but if you're buying from anywhere but a fresh meat market, this is NOT recommended) which would be more like 4-6 minutes. The basic test is this: make a fist(not to tight) and push your finger into the muscle that bulges between your index and thumb on the side of your hand. The spring-back you get there is what the spring-back on a medium-well chop will feel like.
