Answers: Can you make cookies in a Mini Chef Microwave, meaning its VERY old.

no prolly not. i think that you and your team should put the cookies away and stick to the pumpkin roll
?

Hmmm, I suppose they would cook but they will never brown and that's not a good cookie to me.

Yes, i suppose its possible, all you really need is heat, so as long as the microwave still heats things, you should be all set!

I think not, because it would not be well-baked and tastes better in the oven because the oven is the one of them to taste the cookies.

greetings!! ; )

I wouldn't make cookies in ANY microwave. They wouldn't brown right, and would taste strange...

no, it will burn and turn crispy, and not even taste like a cookie

A very big NO from me. Microwaves are not made for baking. I bought a microwave cake mix and tried to make cupcakes. After they were done, about 1/4 inch in they seemed fine. After that they were like rocks. Would have made good lacrosse balls Ended up tossing the whole lot. So I really don't think they would make good cookies. Actually tomorrow I plan on making peanut butter cookies - I am going to try baking one in there just to see what will happen.

No. Don't make cookies in a new one either.

They are not going to have the right texture and if you try to get them crispier by "baking" them longer they'll probably burn.

I haven't tried this, but if you happen to have one of those old ceramic microwave griddles intended to brown burgers etc., it might be possible to get some sort of crispy product by nuking little rounds of dough on one side for a few seconds and then flipping them over and nuking for another few seconds. Again, I haven't tried it...I just got to thinking about it because it's the only way I know of to brown anything in a microwave. I
