if i don't have all the utensils for work and will ask to borrow someone else's. so are you talking about work or at home.

Yes, I have all the cooking utensils I need. Over the years I have bought ones I knew I would use. So, each side of my stove has a stainless steel utensil holder filled with everything I would need as I cook.

I often improvise--there are a lot of utensils that I know I would rarely use, so if I can make do, that's what I do..Its surprising what you can do without all the fancy equipment..
