Fart/Poo inducing Recipes?!


Question: Yo- I am looking for recipes to cook that will make me poo alot / fart alot. This is actually very important to me, because its what I look forward to every day. Seriously.

you don't need a recipe.

refried beans straight out of the can. wash it down with black coffee.

Beans, Eggs, Onions, Sour Krout.

uh... lolz. Beans, meat, peanut butter, onion, garlic, and PASTA! LMAO thats wat i got so far

Well If you want to poop eat a lot pf prunes and if u want to fart eat a lot of vegetables! especially broccoli

1. You need a new hobby.

2. Try raw fruits and veggies, and beans. Anything with lots of fiber will help you out.

2 cups of dry beans (any kind)
4 cups of prune juice
1 cup of broccoli
1/4 cup cheddar cheese

Combine beans and prune juice in a medium sauce pan; bring to a boil. When bean and prune juice concoction begins to boil, turn down the heat to a low setting, cover sauce pan and simmer until beans become soft. Add broccoli. Simmer for another five minutes, and garnish with cheddar cheese. Next, ensure you are completely by yourself (no one will want to experience the next eight hours with you), crack a window and serve.
