What happens if you dont use yeast for pizza doughs? Will it taste bad?!

It won't rise and will stay like cardboard, try a scone mix if you can...
Yeast eats, farts out gas, makes dough rise. Little air bubles in the dough expand when it gets hot, and makes bread. The heat kills all the yeasties...
You could do a short crust, like a cracker or pie dough, but that would really suck.
Better off making pizza on a piece of bread, english muffin, flour tortilla, anything!
It wont rise up
You can substitute another leavener like cream of tarter...but the taste and texture will be drastically different. I highly recommend against it. Yeast is like $1.40 for three packs, that will yield you enough pizza dough for 100 people. Are you broke or just lazy? j/k
