Is it ok to use self rising flour instead of bread flour when making bread?!

Not really!! Self rising flour has baking powder and salt in it. When making bread the rising ingredient is yeast.

If you go ahead and use it, you might want to use less yeast, and no salt.

It'll make the bread rise more than it should. So no, you'll probably be wasting ingredients if you do.

Secondly, it may not have enough gluten in the flour, which bread needs to be, well, like bread.
