Probably....you can also boil chicken in water and the water would end up being broth. You can also buy chicken broth at the grocery store. Or use chicken bullion (sp?) cubes.

Yes you can, but to make sure there are no lumps in the broth from the powder its best to use HOT water and a whisk so it gets blended super well. But making your own broth or stock from a left over chicken is so worth it. But using powder, caned or from a box is just as good if you dont have the time to make your own stocks, broths from scratch. So have at it.

chicken broth is the clarified stock from veggies ,herbs and chicken boiled for ever....and then used to favor other chicken dishes ( hee,hee )
