Does anyone have any low fat recipes for pasta sauces please as i am doing the slimming world diet.?!

Question: make your own marinara. stovetop recipes are pretty flexible, unlike baking, so you can easily control the amount of fat you put in. saute some garlic, onion, mushrooms, whatever you want, when they get as soft as you want them, add peeled tomatoes (you can get already peeled canned whole tomatoes or remove the skins from fresh ones) and some tomato paste. season however you want (salt, pepper, parsley, basil, oregano...) play around, the recipe's too versatile to waste time measuring things out. just taste as you go along.
